Description:This ring allows him to control water and travel through it and even walk on water as though it was like land, or breath in it as though it was air. This acts like a level 70 kidou.

Description:This ring controls lightning while only using his index finger, also allows him to ride lightning easily. This is considered level 90 kidou in terms of power.

Description:This allows Duster to control the natural plants and earth around him. This is as strong as a level 80 kidou.

Description:This allows him to control wind and ride upon it when needed. This allows him to recycle the air in his body, effectively letting him hold his breath forever if needed. This can be used as a level 70 kidou.

Description:Duster can choose to block out any two of his five sense to improve his others by 50% for each sense blocked.

Description:This allows Duster to control and transform into dust at will, allowing him to ride on the wind and change his shape if he is in need of it. This is his most powerful ring and allows him to control this ability to a kidou level of 100.

Description:This allows his arms to have the physical strength of a Tricera Espada, and his legs to allow him to do a Sonido like movement without the aid of his lightning. His Body has a hierro like Aura around it as it acts like a Segunda Espada's Hierro. To his eyes, things seem to move in slow motion as he can study every detail of anything, allowing him to process everything around him.
History and RP Sample
History: Little is known of Duster other than the fact he was born into a family of harsh training magicians. These Magicians raised him to be a fighter not a lover since he was the age of 4, when he was given his first ring by his father. This ring was the Ring of Morning Light. He trained with this ring for two years under the harsh conditions of his family.
When he was finally sent to school outside of his home schooled conditions, he was in Elementary, and had his left hand covered in rings and his left hand a single ring. For a child in his family he was a prodigy at using these rings. Although from time to time he used them for mischievous reasons, not that anyone would know. He was a bit of a thief, doing as he wished about the school, doing whatever he could to get ahead of the others.
When he reached junior high he was a master of nine of his ten rings and had just gotten his first eye ability, the Emerald eye. Though later his family would agree it was probably a mistake to let him have control over such a powerful eye, as now he could lie without haveing to worry about consequences.
Now in High school he controlled his max number of rings, the ten rings of the Magi that his family had, and his other eye was now activated, giving him the ability to move things with his mind. He was currently working on the power of his Necklace, but it was the most powerful one, so would be difficult for him to master.
RP Sample: The moon shone brightly in the sky as the wind whipped about the forest. Not a sound was to be heard but the crickets and the occasional sound of a crow cawing.The trees swayed softly with the wind as the scent of wild roses filled the air with a sweet scent. The moon was full on this cloudy night and all was well .
Karel and her squad traveled swiftly through the forest like a group of ravens in the night. They flew like thieves in the night amongst the trees as they searched the area for hollows. This squad she had pulled together were a few beginners she was training, she had to see if these younglings had what it took to make it in the shinigami world. She didn't want another accident, so she came personally.
Thats when the hollow appeared, this had to be a weaker class hollow, but she had to watch for her squad." Go get him boys." Her squad moved in and struck the hollow from all sides, and the hollow shot past them in retreat. Her squad looked in confusion, the hollow wasn't attacking them it had been running, but from what...Everyone was wary and waiting for what was to come.
Karel got her answer as a great roar went off and a gillian class hollow appeared and her squad retreated behind her. Karel drew her blade as she forced it to release without saying its name and she stared at the beasts eyes. She lifted her brush into the air and created a kanji for burn in the air. Fire sprang from the trees and burned the hollow violently as the trees and the hollow burned like a Christmas tree on the fourth of July.
